It is situated within a five minute walking distance of the Shinjuku station, though one needs to take the right gate out to be closest to it, (that would be the South gate of the original station). The room is of reasonable size by Japanese standards, and the nightly fare is within the range that one would expect for a prime area like this. "The hotel room is very clean. It’s not very spacious, but I was able to open and lay down two luggages with no problem. The location is very convenient, close to everything, I especially enjoyed having a Lawson downstairs. The only thing I think is worth improving is the sound control. The walls are a bit thin and I could hear every time when someone’s opening/closing the doors or waking down the corridors - not a big problem though as during the night I don’t really hear anything. "

"Century Southern Tower has been my first choice to stay in Shinjuku over many years, room rates permitting. Rates reflect demand at any given time and if they’re too high for me, I forego in lieu of a more affordable option in the area. Otherwise, great and perfect in all aspects, especially its central Shinjuku location."
