"Room was not ready at 16:00 in the afternoon. Management was not aware of our booking. Definitely not a full breakfast included. This is most definitely no longer a four star B&B and had a terrible experience. Would not recommend it to anyone."

"It's been ten years since we last stayed at The Westcliff, it is such a beautiful hotel with great service. Our suite was roomy and well-kept. Valentine's Dinner was a disappointment as service was extremely slow but overall we enjoyed our stay."
