"Wanted to stay a bit more out the way to avoid busy tourist areas and that’s exactly what we got. The hotel was surrounded by a beautiful landscape and had a much more cozy and friendly feel to the place. The staff were all really friendly and willing to help and the breakfast every morning was lovely. "Everything was really lovely. Staff were very helpful when asked about directions. The room was clean and and the water temperature and pressure in the shower was amazing. We used the Wellness center and had a great time in the jacuzzi and pool when the weather was not great for the beach. The only downside is they didn’t have basic amenities like toothbrush and you had to pay 10€ deposit for extra towel. "

"We booked throug Expedia. Staff were attentive. Room was clean but we had some problems with the lighting. We brought to the staff attention and they fixed it. Walls are very thin and lots of street noise after 11pm. Hotel is close to Old town and great restaurants. Very walkable location. "

"Loved the hotel and where it’s situated. The views from our hotel room on the 9th floor was amazing. The food and drinks were delicious. I would definitely recommend all inclusive when booking the hotel. Supermarket on the lower ground floor has everything you need. The amenities and customer services are 👌 10/10. The staff are always friendly and helpful and can accommodate requests. You can also walk to the beach from the hotel. Overall a lovely experience and would definitely come back. "

"The hotel was awesome, the staff was friendly, location was great, and the breakfast and dinner buffets were great. Petra at the spa and wellness center was the absolute best! I would highly recommend scheduling a massage with her, she has a wide variety of services she offers, as well as an awesome sauna and steam room lounge."

"This was my first time visiting Palma and I can say for certain that this is my new go-to hotel for future visits. I will say it is slightly pricey for food/drinks/buffet etc, but the quality and service you get for it balances this out - definitely getting what you pay for. The area itself does have a musical vibe to it but come 23:00/23:30, lights are out and music is off - everyone is very respectful."
