"We really enjoyed our stay. Lovely, airy apartment with a great terrace. Very clean and great bathroom and cloakroom. Plenty of space. 3 floors up and no lift but fine with us as it meant we worked off the wine and tapas! We liked the little square it was positioned on. Numerous bars and restaurants so finding somewhere for breakfast or dinner was no problem. 3 minute walk to the cathedral and Main Street. Easy to negotiate the city from. "

"We have just had a fantastic weekend in Palma staying in Loft 5. The apartment was comfortable, spacious, clean & was in a great location for exploring the city. A couple of supermarkets close by and plenty of shops, cafes & restaurants in walking distance. We loved spending time on the roof terrace overlooking Palma. Great communication with the host, we would definitely recommend staying at Can Rubi. "

"This place is a hidden gem. Each unit is very private with fabulous views, especially the sunsets. The pool was lovely to swim in, the staff were really friendly and helpful. We had a quiet terrace to eat and relax in and a small kitchen with all essentials needed to self cater. There is no lounge area in your space with sofas etc, but you don’t really need it with so much outside space. "We were very comfortable here for 9 days! The apartment is spacious and well-equipped. The town is small, quiet, and charming, and its central location means that almost anywhere on the island can be reached in an hour or less. We especially loved the views from the two balconies and Francis's original paintings."

"There are soooo many good things to say. First the apartment is in a great area, the bed is extremely comfortable and there are lots of shelves and storage in both the bedroom and the bathroom to unpack and store your things- which is very rare. And the hosts (Santi & Angela) are absolutely amazing. Incredibly flexible and oh so KIND!!! My husband fell and had to go to the hospital and they came with their entire family to visit and brought some things we needed from the apartment. ...

"The apartment is quite Spartan,however ,everything one requires,is there and more importantly,everything works. One criticism,the gallery bedroom is accessed by a galvanazed steel stairway,with check plate treads,make sure you use shoes to visit the toilet in the night Loved the position,and the staff at Priority Villas were more than helpful."

"Apartment was clean, well presented and for us…in a very lovely/quiet corner of Cala Santanyí (except the nearby bar music until 23.00 although the music suited us!). Disappointing that property manager chose not to meet us and to be given nothing other than keybox entry details was poor. Location/apartment/pool/parking were excellent and we will certainly look to book again."
