"A joy to celebrate my husband's special birthday here. We enjoyed 3 nights of wonderful care and help from a brilliant, attentive reception team, especially Sara and Richard. Nikolai was so kind driving us to places to eat in the village in the evening. A special shout out for the young barman, whose name I didnt get, whose English is exceptional. The hotel is ideally placed for the village, the island and the Unesco Sacro Monte. The Couples Symposium in the Wellness Suite was a real treat....

"Hotel is very nice, staff is friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the beds are comfortable and the pillows, I loved the pillows. Loved the restaurant on site. No complaints whatsoever. Great hotel near Malpensa."

The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with plush bedding and all the amenities needed for a perfect stay. Waking up to a stunning lake view was truly magical! The staff went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. Their warm hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine care made us feel truly valued as guests. From the concierge’s helpful recommendations to the seamless check-in and check-out process, every interaction was a pleasure. Breakfast was a highlight—a delicious selection of fresh pastries, fruits, cheeses, and hot dishes, all enjoyed with a serene lakefront backdrop.
