"This is a modern property. We had a room with a panoramic view onto the lake. Breakfast buffet was good but disappointing selection of Portuguese cheeses. The hotel has recently added a restaurant - excellent. Very little English spoken. "

"It is not a 4 star property, barely 2 star maybe. Old room, carpet smelled bad, mold in the shower, sparse amenities. Breakfast bufet was a joke. Front desk personnel was rude, except for the Venezuelan girl."

"We were pleasantly surprised that the breakfast staff noticed it was my wife’s birthday and brought her a cake for the occasion. Little gestures like this go a long way. overall, excellent staff all around and very quiet hotel in the middle of the city. A is our vote"

"Municipal Thermal baths partly out of work, due to recent flooding. Hotel staff did not inform us of that, nor did Baths personnel. Hotel is in rundown condition with limited services available. Front staff is friendly but this property barely deserves a 3 star, let alone 4. "
