"don't know why Hotels.com ask about a charge point - there's virtually none in Devon and Cornwall once you get outside of Plymouth and Truro so i have no idea why this would make any difference to the quality of the accommodation.... This is a great place to stay and is very well used by the locals. Ive stayed here a few times before so im happy to return whenever im in the area"

Im a sales rep so i stay away quite a bit. yes this place isnt the most luxurious - but look at what you pay. It ticked all the boxes for me. & i stay away quite a bit. "Lovely experience at the Haveners! Food was fab and had a great weekend out in Cornwall. They need to work a little bit on the entrance to the hotel but otherwise it was fantastic. Room very cozy and clean. Loved the earplugs provided for the early loud seagulls :) Recommend!"

"I can't say enough good things about this property, the staff that work there and the lodge that we stayed in by the side of the lake. The Lodge is quite simply exceptional. The build and fit out and furniture, the comfort of the bed, the bifold doors at the front and front view is incomparable. They have thought of everything inside the Lodge and made it such a beautiful place to stay. We didn't want to leave."
