"This house is not a "normal" house but with a lot of different rooms. Filled with nice arts and decorated with some old furniture. Real characteristic Italian house. Nice garden with different places to seat. The only comment what I can give is the small kitchen. The garden and the swimming pool is maintained daily. We stayed here with 6 adults ad 4 children. Nice place to be."

Bellissimo il contorno con calcio balilla, tavolo da ping pong, campetto di calcetto e la piscina, oltre agli ampi spazi comuni interni. Una parola a parte per i proprietari Dalia e Giuliano che sono stati accoglienti, disponibili e mai invadenti e che approfitto per salutare e ringraziare...

"Amazing property with wonderful view of Lake Trasimino , 7 bedroom, 8 bathrooms, swimming pool, outside dining, great kitchen and several living rooms all with air conditioning. Shower gel annd tissues etc all provided. Adequately close to supermarkets. Sun beds were a bit tired/ broken."

Stefano and his lovely wife actually "rescued" us when we got lost on the very first day of our arrival. Long story but with an amusing ending. Located near many touristy sites... Perugia...
