You can also use a common area that has a table, but it is shared with others staying there. The checkout is actually 10am, not 2pm as listed and a person entered our rooms at 10:30 to start cleaning. The breakfast included is at a train station that you need to drive to but without parking. "This is a real medieval castle! You travel in time when staying at Giomici. The hosts are a wonderful team, excellent communication and service. The room was comfortable and super-clean. We stayed once for the supper, it was tasty and reasonably priced. The breakfast was plenty and fresh. The locally produced coffee was a nice surprise."

"Posizione perfetta .. in pieno centro, a pochi passi dalla stazione. Qualche disavventura con acqua calda e wifi (i telefoni in camera e in balcone non funzionano) tv ... basterbbe poco per renderlo un buon soggiorno. Inclusa una colazioncina da due soldi. Avere il bollitore in camera, ma neanche acqua o una bustina di té, o un bicchiere ... tanto vale non metterlo. Chi lo gestisce gentilissima nel risolvere gli inconvenienti"

"Ho soggiornato dal 26/8/15 al 29/8/15 con la mia famiglia. Ci siamo trovati benissimo! La struttura è in posizione tranquilla ma comunque vicinissima ad Assisi, l'appartamento pulito e confortevole e il Signor Marcello è un padrone di casa simpatico e disponibile. Le mie figlie hanno usufruito della piscina a tutte le ore. Lo consiglio sicuramente."
