"Fantastic property. Exactly as described. Clean and homely. Beautiful gardens, well maintained. . Safe and secure for the young children. Host always on hand to help with any concerns or questions. Pool and hot tub clean. These were a blast with the little ones! Quiet location, sea front and towns short car ride away but there is a bus stop right outside the property. Couple of small grocery shops within walking distance. I recommend the bakery, great food at great prices."

"The location of this child is perfect. Really calm and peaceful location for relaxation. But just a short drive to local restaurants and towns and about 30 mins from Pula and Rovinj. It's a great base to explore the whole area. Svetvincenat is beautiful for a relaxing family meal close by. The villa itself is just amazing, really well decorated and designed, keeping the old charm of the building with modern but classic touches. We loved it and will be back!! "

"The villa itself is modern and comfortable - and well equipped eg decent kitchen equipment, which a lot of similar places don’t have. It means you can properly cook at home rather than just doing snacks. You might need to, as the village is very limited - we found only 2 restaurants and both of them needed to be booked in advance, even in low-ish season (September). If you don’t mind driving you’ll have lots of options as it’s close to Pula and Medulin. I’d say you definitely need a car unless...

"The house was wonderful once we found it. Directions are quite ambiguous and roads are not marked. Best to put the address into Google and head to Mali Kosi. Do not let Google take you to Rabac!! The kitchen is fully appointed and a pleasure to cook in. There was no toilet paper or soap upon our arrival. Wonderful sunrises and sunsets off the deck. A great place to hang out but somewhat inconvenient if you want to explore Istria."

"Very nice place when you search for a calm region which is not too far away from the beach, supermarkets or Pula. Very nice and clean pool and a big garden if children are with you. Perfekt and fast communication with the owner. She showed us the house an how all works like the fireplace, the kitchen or the washing machine. We enjoy the outside Grill and the place to sit nearby. Thank you very much."

Hosts very welcoming and nothing too much trouble. Excellent welcome hamper - best we’ve ever had. Lovely pool and outdoor seating area. Highlights of our stay visiting Pula,Porec,Labin, Pazin and two boat trips (one very local from Krnica was excellent). "We enjoyed our 3 nt stay at this complex . The beach our front was perfect for a swim & close to a couple of nice restaurants incl the hotels own which had a delicious & large Bkfst buffet.. Room was clean with a pool / ocean view was perfect !! Front desk staff were friendly & helpful with recs for the srea . "

Lovely stay

"The hotel's location was absolutely ideal, right in the heart of the city. A few minutes away from the amfiteatar arena and 5 mins to the main bus station.The staff were incredibly polite and helpful.The room was very clean. would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting to Pula"
