"Die Wohnung war super und hat den Bildern des Inserates entsprochen. Check-in und Check-out liefen reibungslos ab. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Im hauseigenen Verkostungsraum kann man selbst hergestellten Schnaps, WeinOlivenölpprobieren, was sehr zu empfehlen ist."

"We had a nice stay in the house for one week. It’s quite spacious and has a large terrace under a green roof of wine. Rakalj is a small village with 2 Restaurants and a small supermarket, with a surprisingly well stocked store! Beach is nice with boat and kayak rental."

"Es waren 2 Wochen Erholung pur. Rundherum alles ruhig. Im Ort ist ein kleiner Laden, der das notwendigste hat. Wer Trubel und Action will muss etwas fahren. Aber alles gut zu erreichen. Der Pool hat die richtige Größe um sich abzukühlen und für 2 Teenager zum planschen. Die Vermieterin und Ihr Ehemann sind super nett. hilfsbereit und wenn etwas ist, sofort da. "We spent an enjoyable week in this pretty rental home. We were there off season when the temperatures were cool, and it rained most of the week. The beautiful stone fireplace warmed the downstairs well, and helped us to enjoy our long days indoors. The kids appreciated the games that were provided in the house. The upstairs is plain, but the beds are comfortable, and the upstairs space heater warmed that area sufficiently. The bathroom is tiny, and the shower a bit grungy...that was definitely...

"We had a wonderful time at Villa Lavanda. Enjoyed the pool, visited nice beaches and small villages and made barbecue Also everything you need is in walking distance. A small shop, two restaurants (food in Kobana is fantastic and great Pizza in the restaurant direct beside the shop), behind the shop you can find a sports place for soccer and basketball. We had a short football match with the youth of the village one evening, very funny."

"Das Haus war wie beschrieben - neuwertige Ausstattung (gute Matratzen, Pool mit Jodsalz, Whirlpool, Kaffevollautomat, Wasch u. Spülmaschine, etc.). Die Vermieterin war immer erreichbar und hat sich gekümmert. Die Lage ist abseits, mind. 20 Fahrminuten bis zum nächsten Strand, 10 min. bis zum Lebensmittelgeschäft, Pula ca. 30 Fahrminuten . Im Ort gibt es eine Pizzeria, fußläufig 10 min. Als Verbesserung wären Fliegengitter und noch ein Wäscheständer (1 war zu wenig für 12 Leute, da wir täglich...

Le jardin n'est pas très grand mais suffisant pour s'y reposer et profiter du jacuzzi et du BBQ. Tout est conforme au descriptif de l'annonce. La situation non loin de Pula permet de visiter la région d'Istrie."

"This is the most beautifully designed and furnished villa with a great pool and outdoor sunbathing area. It is situated in a lovely village with a cafe, restaurant and convenience store. It is close to beaches and there are many wonderful places to explore a car ride away. Dudo, the owner, who lives next door is an exceptional host. The perfect balance between unobtrusive and helpful, Dudo provided lots of excellent recommendations for places to visit and eat. We had a wonderful fun family...
