"The staff was good. In the washroom, there is no shampoo. The wifi connection was not good. There was no recharge point for Canadian mobiles and laptops. Because of this, we could not use our mobiles. At least they should have an adaptor in the future. "

"The property and apartment itself were very clean, comfy and well decorated! The apartment is about 30-50 minutes away from everything in the heart of Vienna, so if you do not mind taking public transit, then this is a good option! Ilse and Otto were great hosts and made sure we had everything that we needed during check-in! They live in the building so they were always available for any issues that came up! "The hotel has charm and is located quite near the historic old town center and within walking distance to the museums; the staff is friendly and helpful; the breakfast buffet is very nice with a wide selection of foods, very authentic Austrian ambiance to the breakfast and the hotel. The short comings are that there is no kettle or fridge with no food services at the hotel except for the breakfast buffet. The nearby restaurants are expensive though there are a few supermarkets within walking distance."

"I liked the modern style and artwork at the hotel. The staff was helpful when I had a need and the general ambiance was quite nice. There was however limited food resources and although there was a restaurant next door, other than that it was a long walk to any other place except for a campus sandwich shop. The breakfast bar was nice but crowded. "
