The water was a nice feature although the boardwalk was not really functioning. We found that you don't really need it to get to the water's edge. We stayed with another couple we were very close to, so the close quarters upstairs was not a problem at all. "My wife and youngest daughter spent 3 days relaxing. I fished while they shopped and laid out in the sun on the awesome dock. We had a great time making s’mores in the fire pit and Catching up. The house had everything we needed and more. I really enjoyed fishing in the canoe. The sunset was amazing great location. If you need to relax I recommend this listing it was so easy and the owner was in communications with us when we were on are way the home. "

"We had a wonderful stay at The Garden Cottage. It certainly lives up to its name! We loved walking the property and seeing the beautiful plants and a little wildlife. The location is excellent because it is close to town, Brow Park (gorgeous sunsets!!), and DeSoto Park. The cottage itself is adorable and the perfect size.
