"Great location in a spacious (wide) canal boat with lots of perks, this was a gem. We found the beds, lounge area, kitchen and bath to be up to date and comfortable. Anytime of year this is a perfect rental. Location was excellent and quiet as well as safe. A+"

The communication was great, boat had everything you needed for your stay and was very comfortable (even the pull out couch bed). Fair warning the water pressure is low but the shower temperature was perfect. Can’t wait to go back and hope they add the their fleet. "

Limehouse basin is a picturesque setting, with easy public transportation access to all of the main events of the city. Extremely quiet and original place to stay. Dealing with property manager and on site personnel was also easy."

"On first impression, the Matrix is beautiful. It has lovely gathering spaces and is in a gorgeous setting in the marina. It was peaceful and relaxing EXCEPT there was no hot water for 3 out of 5 days of our stay and no one available to fix the issue over the weekend. The only means of communication was via email and sometimes it would be hours before we received a response.
