"Everything was great about this place except the bed, which is a queen bed with a soft mattress that needs upgrading. Otherwise, spacious, updated, clean, kitchen amenities TV etc all awesome. Would return if the beds got upgraded!"

"The property was clean and comfortable. It's close enough to town that getting back and forth wasn't an issue. It offered plenty of games to keep the kids occupied. Next time, I'm bringing my dog - they have a wonderful area."

Amazing Stay

"Very beautiful and modern cabin, with every amenity available. Super clean, and well thought out in its design. We were wanting for nothing! Full kitchen was nice for cooking meals, the beds were super comfortable, and living space was very cozy. But our favorite was the outdoor space: the large private yard for our kids to run around, beautiful landscaping, and hot tub and fire pit made for relaxing and fun evenings after chasing waterfalls and hiking around Mt. Hood. The host really thought of everything when designing this cabin, including all the personal touches! Beautiful! We will definitely be coming back to stay again, and referring our friends. Thank you! "

The Alder Lodge - Hot tub, shuffleboard, ping pong/pool, bbq, dogs-ok

Nice cabin

"The outside was so much different than the inside. It was a really nice cabin and smelled like one too. Expected it to be in the woods more but it is right off the highway. We like how easy it was to get back onto highway. We also enjoy the highway noise but if you don’t they have ear plugs and sound machines available. Cabin was great for kiddos and was well equipped with small kids stuff as well such as pack n play , high chair, and baby gate to block stairs. Don’t recommend for anyone that can’t use stairs as there are several. "

"It is an older single-wide that has good appliances and TV. Think older motel 6 for condition. If there is snow a 2wheel drive won’t make it up the driveway. Nice deck working grill."

Unwind in nature's embrace at a 1925 cabin with hot tub & river views

Cute little cabin!

"It was an excellent little get away. The cabin is small, with tiny stairs leading to the upstairs bedroom. If you cant manage 18" wide stairs with a tun in them, dont plan on sleeping up there, ha. The jets in the hot tub weren't working while we were there, but it was nice listening to the sound of the river instead. Nicely stocked kitchen with some nice pots, pans, and baking equipment. Kitchen utensils are so-so with the usual spatula and spoon assortment. They even had some spices. Least favorite thing was the fireplace. Probably the worst fireplace I've built a fire in. The chimney didn’t do a good job of allowing smoke to flow up it when getting the fire started, and the air flow control didn’t allow for much air to get the fire started until it is really established. I grew up in a house heated by a wood stove, so I'm not a novice, lol. Otherwise everything was great!"
