After I broke the law to run in for instructions, the staff person directed me down this curved road to a tiny parking garage with a kooky man in charge. We were highly confused, language issues, but we got to our room. Our room was sizeable, with a balcony looking out over the gap, bridge, and kooky man's parking garage. We made reservations five months before we arrived and at that time we requested a room on a lower floor, knowing the topography of the town and that some rooms had many steps. My wife and I are not kids but when we arrived, after not being met at the train station as promised we had to carry our bags up about 75-100 steps to our room.
