"Clean and friendly family "

"L'horreur, une honte de louer ça en annonçant de telles prestations. Nous avions réservés 4 nuits, nous sommes partis au bout d'une nuit. La maison n'est pas sur Guardalavaca mais sur la commune d'à côté, au fin fond de la cambrousse. Ne comptez pas trouver un taxi ou un cheval taxi, il n'y a rien. La première plage à 10 mm est envahie par les chevaux et les moutons. La véritable plage est à 25 mm, les premiers bars et restaurants à 40 mm. Les bars annoncés sont ceux des grands hôtels auxquels...

"The very best thing about this property are the hosts. Daniel has great English and he is very knowledgeable about travelling in Cuba with lots of terrific, reliable references and advice. If you need anything at all he can likely find it for you. They are good cooks with flexible meal times. Beautifully tiled rooms on a side street close to downtown. The newly redone roof top room next to the terrace is particularly good."

"Tristemente tengo que decir que estoy decepcionada. Mi vuelo tenía un retraso de más de 3 horas y intente a comunicarme con Ustedes, pero lamentablemente no se pudo. Entonces cuando llegue me dijeron que la habitación estará ya ocupada y que era normalmente para 3 días antes, aunque en los papeles de la reservación pone todo correcto.. bueno, para mi es increíble como tratan a la gente."

"Die Wirtin war freundlich, konnte leider kein Wort englisch. Stundenlanger Stromausfall, kein Wlan etc. Vor dem Zimmer hat die Familie so eine Art Wohnzimmer, in dem sich alle abends aufhalten und lautstark diskutieren. Wenn Strom da ist , dann läuft dazu noch lautstark der Fernseher.Die Strasse ist auch sehr laut."

"WIth great disappointment when I arrived there the house was not available notwithstanding I phoned twice just few hours before to get confirmation of the house with receiving both time positive confirmation! Very disappointing. Qt my arrival (late in the evening) the landlord (a lady) invented an excuse that she is not directly managing the expedia page and "passed me" (late in the evening!) to a friend of hers after various call: different location, shared house, periphery!
