"George and is family the are very welcome people friendly always there to assist you ,i had some of my best break fast every morning, the room are very clean, with air conditioning definitely i will comeback stay at property,,internet netflix esay acess at walk distance to most of the park and city center ,5 minutes walk to la Loma de la Cruz.i recommend the accommodation, for me was 5 star service..thank you again. "The very best thing about this property are the hosts. Daniel has great English and he is very knowledgeable about travelling in Cuba with lots of terrific, reliable references and advice. If you need anything at all he can likely find it for you. They are good cooks with flexible meal times. Beautifully tiled rooms on a side street close to downtown. The newly redone roof top room next to the terrace is particularly good."

"Tristemente tengo que decir que estoy decepcionada. Mi vuelo tenía un retraso de más de 3 horas y intente a comunicarme con Ustedes, pero lamentablemente no se pudo. Entonces cuando llegue me dijeron que la habitación estará ya ocupada y que era normalmente para 3 días antes, aunque en los papeles de la reservación pone todo correcto.. bueno, para mi es increíble como tratan a la gente."

"They refused my reservation. Said they had not received either notice or payment from Expedia. I would have to pay cash up front. I ended up staying at a hotel. I expect refund or credit from Expedia for that week! And an explanation."

"The casa owner is a talkative guy knowing few languages. He said he is a chef of several casas and hotels (past) so feel free to try out his dinner if you stay there. I didn’t have chance to try as my booking was last minute when he did not have time to prepare ingredients."

"WIth great disappointment when I arrived there the house was not available notwithstanding I phoned twice just few hours before to get confirmation of the house with receiving both time positive confirmation! Very disappointing. Qt my arrival (late in the evening) the landlord (a lady) invented an excuse that she is not directly managing the expedia page and "passed me" (late in the evening!) to a friend of hers after various call: different location, shared house, periphery! I had to refuse,...

"Die Wirtin war freundlich, konnte leider kein Wort englisch. Stundenlanger Stromausfall, kein Wlan etc. Vor dem Zimmer hat die Familie so eine Art Wohnzimmer, in dem sich alle abends aufhalten und lautstark diskutieren. Wenn Strom da ist , dann läuft dazu noch lautstark der Fernseher.Die Strasse ist auch sehr laut."
