Things to do and see:

The village of Radium is an amazing spot to visit without the long drive - only 3 hours from Calgary. The drive through the mountains is breathtaking with lots of cool stops along the way!

Radium has lots to offer including nature trails, the Sinclair Creek canyon, Screamers ice cream, The Radium Brewery, a small splash park, playground and ice skating rink, restaurants and much more! You are also guaranteed to see lots of wildlife whether it be a mountain sheep, a wild turkey, the local peacock (his name is Percy), elk or maybe a bear! And of course we can't forget the Radium Hot Springs - a perfect way to relax no matter what the season and only a 4 minute drive away.

If you feel like venturing a bit further head 20 minutes down the highway to the town of Invermere. Invermere has tons to offer: a delicious bakery, many shops and boutiques, pubs, restaurants and another brewery! 2 public beaches (James Chabot and Kinsman beach) on the beautiful Lake Windermere.
Head up to Panorama in the summer and ride the gondola or do some white water rafting - make sure to stop off at Lilian Lake on the way up and have a picnic or partake in some paddleboarding! And of course Panorama or Fairmont in the Winter for skiing!
