Lagoon tour (arranged by front desk) was peaceful, full of birds, Captain Rohan a fantastic guide to birds and wildlife. Transportation to Negombo is via tuktuk, driver Asim polite and exceptionally kind (provided tour of Negombo and a short errand for salt and Type G adapter for my travels, Amagi Aria has universal outlets but the rest of Sri Lanka has Type G). "Lovely settings with views out to sea but a bit remote if you like to be near town. Lots of dogs prowling around coming up off the beach Good outdoor lawn area and pool. Our room was clean but pretty old. Probably needs a refit. Good friendly staff."

Housekeeping staff should be trained to check on details. Would not recommend for families who are particular about cleanliness.
