"Wonderful staff who make you feel at home. Local place in an amazing former Ambassador's house with history and culture. Bit out of the way but quiet and peaceful with a lovely garden and pool. Not for the business traveler who wants a 24 hour service, gym and bar, but great for couples, small family, and end of long trip repose. Moroccan food is fantastic!"

The problem was the Wi-Fi in the room that wasn’t working - only in corridors or in the reception. The crew tried to solve the Wi-Fi problem changing the room but without succeeding. "It is a fairly pleasant hotel with the most staff people I've ever seen, seemingly eager to help you. It's almost fawning. But there are holes. The rooms have lovely light fixtures which manage to cover up most of the light sources. With EVERYTHING turned on, the room is extremely dark. Plus odd 'amenities.' Like, there's a hot water pot in the room, but no coffee or cups to use with it. When I asked for some, they looked at me like I was nuts, provide cups and offered to room service me coffee...

"I recently stayed at Marina Rabat Suites and Apartments, and the experience was far from what I expected. The biggest issue was the air conditioning, which was only available in one bedroom and the living room—not all three bedrooms as we assumed. It wasn’t cooling properly, and despite being told there was a leak, it never got fixed, leaving us uncomfortable day and night. The lack of a fan made it worse. Service was disappointing as well. No one was there to welcome us or provide...

"A very comfortable Riad. Very well equipped room, with an electric kettle, a supply of good Moroccan tea. Wardrobe with hangers, working heater, clean sheets, towels changed daily. Comfortable bed. Very nice room decorated in Arabian style. WiFi works very well. The room had two patio windows and a private bathroom. A delicious breakfast was served daily. At the very top is a huge terrace with lots of greenery. You can smoke cigarettes on it. Service very nice and helpful, although it does not...

"Excellent accommodations with a most caring staff. Owner Jan goes out of her way to ensure you have everything you need and want. Provided a light snack to take to the airport for an early morning flight. Not in the touristy part of Rabat and you really get the feel of the local residents."
