"Check in was easy. It has heat and air. The bed was big. They have elevators. It was clean. Comfortable. They have cool places to sit in the hotel and outside. They have a restaurant. The food tasted good but it was small and costs too much. The shower wasn't the best a"

"It is a fairly pleasant hotel with the most staff people I've ever seen, seemingly eager to help you. It's almost fawning. But there are holes. The rooms have lovely light fixtures which manage to cover up most of the light sources. With EVERYTHING turned on, the room is extremely dark. Plus odd 'amenities.' Like, there's a hot water pot in the room, but no coffee or cups to use with it. When I asked for some, they looked at me like I was nuts, provide cups and offered to room service me coffee...
