"We stayed there before our cruise out of New Orleans. This was the best stay we've had in a long time at a hotel. Staff was great. The evening dinner was nice with the free drinks. Room was nice and clean and beds very comfortable. The best thing however was that I forgot to take my extra insulin with me when we left. It was in the fridge. I didn't realize until the next day after we sailed. I'm type 2 and controlled so I made do with what I had on me. I didn't have phone service on the cruise. On our trip home I just took a chance to stop by and ask about it and they saved it for me. Absolutely the best. If travel brings me back to the area I will definitely stay there again."
