"They gave us a wrong room with shared bathroom so we had to stay for one night not two, no staff at night or at check in. Other rooms are great and good people. Need a refund for the cancelled night. "

"We loved our stay at Susana's house. We took every age to the house with a mix of 4 families and there was something to do for everyone. The 2 pools are excellent. We filled the Hot tub on day 1 and after that used it most days (we added a quarter of a pool cube to keep the waster clean). The house was super clean when we arrived. "The location was good not to noisy or busy. Didn't realise it was right next to Benfica stadium and there were a couple of matches on while we were there. Bathroom was knackered, sink area needs replacing as water damaged over a long period of time. One dishwasher tab provided and a tea towel. No oven gloves or and other kitchen cleaning stuff. Everything else worked. Bed was like marble slab and pillows were very small. I personally didn't well during our stay. Overall not a bad hotel but could...

"The ApartHotel is very lovely except that the Flat sheets on the beds are uncomfortable as they pull out and one lands up sleeping on the cold mattress protector. You need to supply FITTED SHEETS! Good location and friendly Staff."

"We really liked the stay here, close to airport, staff were great, breakfast had lot of options and good, nothing to complain, had coffee and tea for us to enjoy when we got back. They had some candy, cinnamon cookies, apples for evening snacks. You get 2 bottles of water free per day. Parking needs to be paid from 9am to 7pm, but we were out anyway during that time exploring Lisbon. It would be nice if they could provide microwave so we can warm up any leftovers."
