"The staff were fantastic, the hotel was immaculately clean and a great location. A special shout out is required, due to a jet lag we kept strange hours the first few days in Galway, the late night team, in particular Jonathan and Tyrese provided outstanding customer service without batting an eye to our strange hours and are the reason we will without a doubt be returning to the Harbour Hotel. Thank you both, and look forward to visiting again soon! "

"Room was good for a night. Small bathroom so a bit hard to move round but overall had everything we needed."

"The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. Our ferry to Ireland was delayed a day so they moved our booking with no issue, when we arrived we had been upgraded too. Gym and pool were great, the rooms were so comfortable. 5* experience for sure"

"Really nice location, charming hotel. I particularly liked the temperature of the hotel, not too hot and not too cold. Bed was comfortable, spacious room and en suite. Good quality breakfast buffet each morning, and if you’re lucky, a view over the falls. "

"Hotel was lovely - front desk was very welcoming, and the lobby has loads of sofas to wait while meeting up with others. Beds were comfortable and rooms spacious. Ours looked out towards the sea (though the car park is immediately outside) and must be even nicer on a summer day. My son's room overlooked a small but pretty park. "Lift broke down several times. Tv did not work despite management trying it fix it. Food was shocking so much my partner got violently ill. Despite checking in with credit card we were required to pay for each item. When leaving staff brought luggage coatkeys left in room and taxi back to pick up. Disaster rm 238"

"I travel a lot and this is one of the nicer hotels I've stayed in. The bed was very comfortable, the room spacious. The breakfast was quite good and worth the money. If I had to nitpick I did try to get coffee separate from breakfast and it took three staff members and 20 minutes. The hotel is right by a lot of pubs, food, and other options. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. "

"Tony and Maria were wonderful hosts. House is lovely with everything you need for a short or long stay, particularly for a family. Close to Ennis and about an hour from Cliffs of Mohr."
