"If you are a backpacker this might be okay for you, but was bad for us. The rooms are extremely hot with no AC and a small fan that does nothing. Leon is the hottest city in the country, and also breakfast was not included in room price. Cannot recommend, although staff seemed friendly and location was good."

"Rosaria was a very friendly and kind hostess, recommended restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed the breakfasts on the garden patio, and the doves cooing every morning. Quiet and peaceful surroundings, highly recommended as a reclusive retreat from the noise of the city yet only a few blocks from the center."

"We had a wonderful time. The house was not super fancy but it was very functional, clean, and in the perfect location for peace and quiet. We were right on the beach, which we had all to ourselves the whole time. We enjoyed lounging in the hammocks and sitting around a campfire in the evening. I especially liked that there were screens on the windows and fans so that we could sleep without AC and listen to the ocean at night. Definitely recommend to others!"
