"This is a great place to relax. The house is in a beautiful part of rural France, a very short distance from the Dordogne River, and we had a great time. The outdoor dining area is great for family meals, you will not even have to use the kitchen as there is a cooker, sink, fridge and dishwasher, as well as BBQs right besides the pool. The house will comfortably sleep 14, but one slight issue is the lack of air conditioning in the single dowmstairs bedroom, not an issue for us, as we all slept...

"Bos de Penit was an excellent location for 26 dear friends to talk, eat and play. Very quiet, lots of public space for people to gather. Superb grill. Incredible 30 foot long table with view of surrounding nature. Pool was lovely. We hired a chef for three nights which was a very positive addition to our stay. We recommend this location for groups who want to maximize time together in a peaceful setting."

We only saw her once outside of check in and check out and that was to bring some new umbrellas, but she was eager to help and provide us with information of the surrpunding areas. However, on the evening of day two we found several mice in the main living area and soon afterwards we found at least 4 more running around the kitchen. My wife and other family members were extremely upset. Many of my party wanted to leave immediately. They found it very hard to be in the building with mice running around.
