"If our room in this hotel is typical then they are in urgent need of attention. The bed was as hard as rock, half the motorised window blinds did not work (one was also ripped and another had hanging cables where the motor had been removed), the outer light-proof shutters were held open by wooden wedges. On the plus side the bar/restaurant is reasonably welcoming and the food was good."

Wifi for access code did not work. You have to have an APP to get room code. So ridiculous and complicated!! just to open a door!! You are expected to be on the internet all the time for their updates ! It is no good expecting mail to be read whilst you are en route? and especially after having arrived. Too obsessed with...
