"We had a really lovely stay here. It was off season, cold and wintery and the rooms are a bit old fashioned, but the price was very reasonable and the room was perfectly clean and in good condition. The location is very convenient and it's nice next to the little park. Laetitia made us feel extremely welcome. In warmer weather it must be amazing, with the restaurant and terrace open! I surely hope to come back some day."

"Room with old furniture, very short bed... I am 1.75 m, so not very tall, but the bed was still very short for me. The room only had chairs with straw seats, very uncomfortable. To get to the rooms there is a narrow staircase with very old carpet. I also expected a better breakfast, there was even expired yoghurt on the buffet. "

"A great French country boarding house. We came at off season and had the place to ourselves! Best eggs for breakfast of our entire trip!!! Dinner at the hotel was more expensive than I expected but worth the price. Would love to have been here on a warmer day to explore the grounds but it was just too cold. If you have a car you need to explore the countryside around this place"

"Welcoming, very pleasant & helpful staff. Room clean & modern. Stairs quite steep, there is a lift to the 1st floor only, suppose because it is an older building. Food very good, beautifully presented & great flavours. Our bugbear was the flies in the buffet area & restaurant at breakfast- maybe this was weather related as it had very wet then hot. We very much enjoyed our stay"

"We really enjoyed our stay in the tiny medieval town of Sarrazac and La Bonne Famille lived up to their name with their charming hotel and restaurant. For 5 generations they have been running their business and it shows in the level of professionalism and commitment to service. The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom had a large shower. "A bit in the middle of nowhere, this hotel was a pleasant surprise. We arrived after a long drive and found a very good outdoor swimming pool to relax in. They also have a very decent restaurant which is important because we didn't see anywhere else to eat nearly."
