"I’d fully recommend this hotel for a stay when visiting Strasbourg. The tram is a 5 min walk and gets you straight into the markets and in the main station. The room was very comfortable and exactly what was needed for a base to go explore. The bed was huge and very comfy. The shower was powerful and hot. The only downside was there isn’t a baggage store once checked out. "

"What I especially liked was the ability to park on the property, with is in an outlying village of the Strasbourg metropolitan area, and bus it into the city - there's a regular service, takes half an hour, cost €2.50. It's a unique sort of property, an enclosed series of buildings, half-timbered in style, repurposed to local uses and tourism. The host is as brilliant as other reviews note - nothing too much trouble. "

"This property was filthy! The bathroom had a persistent sewer odor. There was mold in the shower. The shower wand holder was broken so we had to hold the shower wand in one hand while trying to rinse and shower with the other. The elevator was out of order. Paint was peeling from all around the room. Hotels.com should drop this hotel from booking through their website!"
