Casa Anaka sits atop one of the highest points in Manuel Antonio. This superior quality two-bedroom Villa provides 360-degree views of the sweeping Pacific coastline, majestic mountain ranges and palm plantation.

Casa Anaka is located in a gated community with dozens of multi-million-dollar homes and 24-hour security so it is the ideal place to indulge for your tropical vacation. Private, quiet, safe and surrounded by rainforest and wildlife reserves are just a few reasons why most homes in this area are in such demand.

With over 2,000 square feet of Living space, this luxury villa has 2 floors with a beautifully designed wood spiral staircase to get to each. There is a large Master bedroom on the first floor near the entry for easy access to the parking area in the front and infinity pool in the back. The other bedroom is on the second floor and it has two queen size beds. This also has an en-suite bathroom with a beautifully designed shower. The living area has three large custom daybeds and a full bath for additional friends or family. A custom ramp allows for handicap accessibility and the entire Villa can accommodate up to 7 guests. This is Costa Rican elegance at its best. From the lovely ocean-view master suite with an en-suite bathroom, to the romantic mountain-view king suite, to the open living, dining and kitchen area, to the terraces, pool and dramatic vistas, you will be living in paradise in this modern villa.

This fully air-conditioned Villa was designed and built with quality in mind. The custom ceilings provide a balanesion feel with floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors which brighten every corner. All doors open completely so that you can allow the cool and refreshing breezes in during the day while enjoying the surrounding nature. An open-concept features a comfortable living room that is ideal for gatherings, a dining room that will comfortably meet your needs.

The Kitchen and dining areas are located on the upper level as is the King Suite. The fully equipped kitchen contains all top of the line stainless steel appliances and furnishings that allow you to prepare a gourmet meal or if you prefer to dine in comfort without any effort, arrange with your Personal Concierge and Vacation Coordinator for a chef-prepared dinner at the Villa. Sitting with the sliding doors open with our beautiful climate while viewing an incredible sunset, will take all of your stress away. There is also a private pool where you can relax or take a leisurely swim after a day of adventure.

My family of 6 enjoyed a week in this property. We found the house to be very spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for our vacation. The pool was a great plus as well! I would highly recommend this wonderful home!

Tranquil vacation
Can’t say enough good things about our experience in this lovely place! The home is beautiful with panoramic views from every angle! You can watch the sunrise poolside with your morning coffee and close the day with the sunset and wine! Camilo our vacation concierge went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time. He even booked our excursions and transportation and was always available to answer our questions! We enjoyed the personal chef meal which was fabulous! We can’t wait to visit again! Pura Vida!

Beautiful home with stunning views of jungle and ocean. The home was well stocked with all the basics. The pool and patio area was the highlight of the property. On arrival we were greeted by Camillo the property manager. He helped us settle in, which made us feel at home. The location could not have been better.

Absolutely Amazing
From the beginning of our stay to our departure, everything was fantastic. The house was clean and very accommodating. We woke to beautiful views of the mountains and the ocean. The pool was beautiful and inviting. Our concierge took very good care of us, arranging our excursions and transportation. It was a very memorable trip and we would definitely stay at Casa Anaka again.

Perfect Stay!!!
We had a wonderful vacation with a group of 16 friends. Everything about the trip was perfect. Camilo setup transportation, cars, trips, etc. All were top notch, amazing operators and great fun. Chef Ronald and the whole house crew took extremely good care of us and all our absurdities throughout the week. I think we might have broken the record for amount of wine consumed, but it was always paired with amazing food options cooked up. We caught a bunch of tuna one day which they prepared perfectly.

The property was beautiful. The concierge Camilo was very responsive and so helpful in arranging tours, recommendations for restaurants, etc. Any small issues that arose were promptly addressed. Manuel Antonio was wonderful and a short drive away. Such an incredible trip in a beautiful country. We did not want to leave.

Spectacular!!
Casa Anaka was a dream!! We spent three nights in the Quepos area while visiting Costa Rica and truly enjoyed our stay here. The villa is SPECTACULAR with views of the sunrise over the mountain and the sunset over the ocean. It has a pool too which was welcome after a long/hot/activity filled day. Camilo, the concierge, was extremely helpful and communicative all throughout the stay. He arranged for us to have groceries already at the house when we arrived and coordinated a private chef for our first dinner. It was a great idea after a long travel day! The maid service was great too. They did our laundry which was unexpected and very welcome. We truly loved our stay at Casa Anaka and hope to be back in the future!! Thank you!!

Amazing view, great house and extremely helpful concierge. The house looks as described but be aware that one bedroom is attached to the rest of the house but not accessible from the inside. It worked for us since we have teenagers but might not be the best set up for smaller children. Nonetheless, I could not recommend a better place!

Lovely property, excellent service
We really enjoyed our time at this property. It was clean, well-maintained, loved the layout and the views were spectacular -- sunrise over the mountains, sunset over the sea. Our concierge, Johan, was truly outstanding and the housekeeper, Rosa, was thorough & thoughtful. I will say that there was construction (not loud or intrusive, just physical) that obscured our view to the north, and we would have liked to have been aware of that ahead of time. But believe me, there was plenty that was in full view. Truly gorgeous and inspiring views. Plus we saw macaws and other beautiful birds and critters while we were there. I would definitely recommend this property, even with the temporary construction. Honestly, it was not enough to take off a star, but I felt I had to mention it as a courtesy to other travelers. Pura Vida!

Fabulous time
Both my teen boys and my husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Casa Anaka and felt very welcomed. The house was extremely well cleaned and had an abundance of supplies. I loved that there were coffee filters, coffee, sugar, champagne and water at the ready when we arrived. The bathrooms and kitchen were very well equipped and the numerous windows really took advantage of the location. We all enjoyed the pool with its warm, comfortable water. We did not lack for anything. The views were spectacular, however, they were not 360 degrees. Casa Anaka is next to a tall and long green tarp that blocks what appears to be a work sight. This tarp unfortunately eliminates about 1/3 of the beautiful view from being seen. That was the only thing I felt took away from the overall ambiance and luxurious feel of the location.

Most amazing vacation ever
From the initial decision to book the reservation until the final day, everything was seamless. Our concierge, Camilo was always there to answer every question, plan our stay according to our interests and take care of every activity as well as transportation to and from those activities. His responses were almost immediate, no matter the time. The home was in a perfect location, within a gated area on top of the mountains, with a view of the ocean and the jungle. Costa Rican wildlife was everywhere. Our property had macaws every morning, lots of iguanas, including one nicknamed Tony by past residents that lived by our front door and several other birds including toucans would show up periodically. We saw capybaras and coatimundis on our road and sloths lived in some nearby trees. We could also hear the howler monkeys in the distant jungle (kinda scary at first). The activities that Camilo set up for was were all incredible. The national park is full of sloths, howler monkeys, lizards, crabs, etc during daylight and tarantulas, frogs, scorpions, spiders and venomous snakes at night. Scuba diving at Caño island with sharks, turtles, rays, etc is breathtaking. Jungle horseback riding was beautiful and educational. Jeep tour through jungle to waterfalls was incredible. Just be aware of the 400 ft suspension bridge that you will need to walk across if you are afraid of heights. And we even got to see a humpback whale during our catamaran tour!

Great Villa Anaka.....Paradise
Villa Anaka......was awesome, it had everything we needed and more. All the employees (housekeeper, concierge, taxi service, etc.) were very helpful, when we needed something or had a question(s). The pool was nice and big, enough room to have some family members over to hang out during the day by pool. It was very private. Our nephew's wedding took place in costa rica at a hotel only 8 minutes away from villa. The concierge made sure to book us a ride to and from the wedding and reception. Awesome sunrises and sunsets each day/night. We loved all the large glass windows to just sit and look out each day/evening to enjoy the wild life, flowers, mountain view, ocean view, etc. If you can, hire one of the private chefs to cook you some excellent meals you won't be disappointed! There are some really great restaurants not far from the villa. Just call a taxi and only a few minutes ride you will be eating a great meal. We would recommend this villa to family, friends, and hope to be back some day in the near future. We would like to thank all the employees at Villa Anaka for taking great care of us and the villa! Until we meet again!

A week in paradise in this incredible home!
I’m not one to give high scores until they are merited — This is merited! Everything about our stay here was absolutely perfect. Camilo was incredibly helpful answering my questions before we arrived, during, and after. I can’t say enough about his patience and attentiveness. The housecleaning and landscaping staff were friendly and worked around our schedule so we could have privacy and still have their services. This home’s kitchen is fully stocked so we made several meals there. We gave Camilo a list of groceries, as we arrived very late the first night. He stocked our fridge and for a reasonable cost, at my partner’s request, he had a beautiful, local exotic flower arrangement waiting for my birthday! Camilo was so accommodating and went out of his way to ensure we had what we needed. With a 15-20 minute notice, he arranged taxis for us to come/go to beach, excursions, airport, etc. The home was beautiful and relaxing, overlooking the valley on one side, the beach in the distance on the other. The two bedrooms and full baths were well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash along with plenty of towels. There is an onsite washer/dryer and detergent. The private pool was the perfect temp and we spent a few days relaxing there. There is an outdoor shower on the other side of the building to rinse off after a day at the beach. The bedrooms have blackout curtains and comfortable beds. I travel frequently and this VRBO home is one of the best!

Just Book! You won’t regret it!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Anaka. The location was a little off the beaten path but we loved the privacy that this provided and the views were spectacular. The house was just a short ride to most places that we wanted to go so we didn’t even rent a car. The only thing we didn’t enjoy about the view was a large green screen (where construction had been set to take place) that obstructed about 1/3 of it. However, even if we had known about the green screen ahead of time, we still would’ve chosen to stay here. The house itself was wonderful, very bright and airy. It was so clean and had everything that we needed to feel cozy and at home. The master bedroom had a separate entrance to the outside and no indoor connection to the rest of the house which worked for us as we have older kids but would’ve made us a little nervous if they were younger. We loved all of the wildlife surrounding the house including, scarlet macaws, hawks, vultures, owls, a Costa Rican raccoon, many iguanas and lizards and more. Last, but certainly not least, Camilo was amazing. We enjoyed every tour that be recommended and he was quick to respond whenever we needed anything, no matter what time or day of the week. He arranged all of our transportation with trusted drivers including the shuttle to and from the airport. Caesar, who drove us most of the time, took such good care of us all week and Ricardo, who drove van to and from the airport, was so sweet and kind. We felt so taken care of all week which really allowed us all to relax. We loved everything about our stay and none of the four of us wanted to leave. It was by far the best vacation we have ever been on and can’t wait to go back!

A little piece of paradise…
Our time at Casa Anaka was nothing short of extraordinary! While the pictures online are beautiful, it is even more amazing in person. Everything about this property was incredible. Camilo contacted us soon after our booking to help us arrange our time in Manuel Antonio. He was amazing! He is what really made this property stand out! The tours he arranged for us were top notch. All of the people that drove us and guided us were friendly, patient and full of personality. He even arranged a private chef for us the night of our arrival so we could just check in and relax! He also arranged for food to be delivered to our house one evening from a local restaurant. The best Costa Rican food for amazing prices! He was such an asset! The property is beautifully maintained. The trees, flowers and wildlife are amazing. It was a photographer’s dream! Each day we had 4 scarlet macaws that came in the morning and sat amongst the trees. Then they would return in the evening. We also had a pair of toucans visit most evenings. Out of the backside of the house you could see the mountains and the lush rainforest and if you looked out the front of the house you could see the ocean. Picture perfect sunrises and sunsets! The house was spotless and well stocked. We grilled out one evening and cooked dinner inside one evening as well. The children woke up early to take a dip in the pool before we went out for the day and then we all ended our day in the pool as well. To sum it up, stay here if you have the opportunity! You won’t be disappointed!
