Located in the center of Manuel Antonio, you have the best of both worlds, jungle with a view of the Pacific plus great facilities and restaurants. Our spacious one bedroom has a great balcony to chill on and watch the wildlife from your hammock.
This one bedroom fully equipped condo is ideal for two guests.
Wake up in the morning and have your coffee overlooking the Pacific and enjoy the sights and sounds of the jungle. Centrally located close to The National Park and the beaches. You will often see Squirrel, Capuchin and Howler monkeys, a wide array of tropical birds and if you re lucky a sloth or two.
The condo has full kitchen opening onto the dining area, the bedroom has a King sized bed and the balcony has a million dollar view of the Pacific and Manuel Antonio National Park.
Condo is a short walk from a great selection of restaurants, bars and convenience stores and since you re on holiday they will deliver to you. If the mood takes you.
There are excellent bus and taxis services which will take you in one direction to the National Park and beaches and in the other to Quepos and the Marina Val Pez, should you fancy a day on the water fishing some of the most exciting waters in the region, if not the world.

Perfect Pura Vida Property
The property was perfectly represented by the listing and very comfortable. We loved the view and location. Bus service was easily accessible and affordable. Convenient to shops and restaurants within walking distance but we preferred going to Quepos farmers market and fish market and preparing meals in the kitchen. Hosts were easily accessible for great tips and communication. Would definitely recommend!

A perfect place to stay in Manuel Antonio
This was our first time in Costa Rica, and we heard that we definitely needed to visit the Manuel Antonio National Park. We were not disappointed at all with this place and our accommodations here helped us feel right in the middle of everything. Clark and Paula were excellent in their communication, and they booked several tours for us so that we could simply enjoy our time. Definitely book a guided park tour as it was the highlight of our time in Costa Rica!

Location was awesome. So close to the market, ATM, so many places to eat and drink, pickup for tours. House itself was quaint, kitchen was very useable. Really enjoyed the music/music videos on tv....nonstop 00s jams haha. Porch was great for sunsets, yoga, and chillin. Bed was comfy. Was in the pool at least once a day. Cant say enough about how perfect this place was for us. Guide books very helpful. Gift basket a nice bonus. Great communication when needed, especiallly when a tour pickup ran late. Great space, nicely decorated and an incomparable view. Great restaurants and stores within walking distance and of course the national park is close. The steps require a little physical agility, but the view makes it all worth it. The street entrance is a little hard to find but that was the only negative. We appreciated your hand drawn local map, very useful for walking around.

If you are wanting a convenient location in Manuel Antonio, this is the condo for you! It is within walking distance of many restaurants, stores, shops, etc. The condo has everything you need and the porch area was our favorite. We loved relaxing in the hammock in the evenings. Paula is the best! She is friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. She will help you with recommendations, booking tours (often with discount), organizing airport transportation, and is very pleasant to communicate with. She goes out of her way to ensure your stay/vacation meets your expectations. My husband and I would definitely stay here again❤️

Loved this place in Manuel Antonio! It was perfect for just me, but there was plenty of room. Paula was super responsive and patient with all my questions and the place is well-situated at the top of the hill. I walked down to the beaches in the morning and took the bus up if it was too hot. The hammock on the porch was perfect for evening reading, and having a full kitchen enabled me to make meals at home. A very restful, safe and comfortable stay! Recommend!

Fantastic Condo with Wonderful Host!
Paula is amazing! Super helpful and friendly. She gave a ton of tips of where to go, what to do, etc. and checked in frequently throughout my stay to make sure I'm fine. The condo is really nice and comfortable, with the hammock on the huge balcony being my favorite thing. This is my first time in Manuel Antonio and I wasn't familiar with the area before. The condo is situated perfectly, within walking distance to many restaurants / bars / little shops, and has easy access to the beach (either a simply bus ride or a nice walk down the slopes). Would definitely stay here again if I come back.

Location of rental is perfect. Communication with host was always quick and efficient. Condo had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. Restaurants and grocery story within walking distance. Beach is a down hill walk and short bus ride back up. Wildlife can be seen from condo on a daily basis from the covered deck. Evenings you can listen to music from local bars from the comfort of the deck. Would stay again if in Manuel Antonio..

The condo was great had everything we needed. The porch in the morning was great to watch the monkey show with a cup of coffee. Close to restaurants and buses. Nice welcome package with coffee, snacks and fruit . We got in late and were hungry.Glad to have coffee the 1st morning without having to leave. Very comfortable bed. There are a few stairs to the condo and several flights up to street level. Paula booked several trips for us which was great. Everything we needed will be back.

Everything was great with one exception and that is the steps up and down to the property. They were described as not a big deal, but for me they were actually quite difficult as I am recovering from a couple of injuries to my legs. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

This is a great condo. The space was bigger and nicer than I expected. I loved having a firm king bed. Paula was excellent and helpful and responsive. She booked a couple activities for me and saved me $20 rafting. It was nice to have the balcony - I could hang towels and dirty shoes out there. View of trees were really good. The view of ocean is great from the front and left side of the balcony. The location is perfect. Just walk up the stairs to friendly restaurants filled with people who want to help you and other travelers happy to share their stories. I changed condos within the complex abs appreciate the small touches Paula includes- umbrella, floor mat to wipe feet, extra toilet paper, some spices and salt so you don’t have to start with everything. I’d highly recommend and stay again.

Wonderful Location and Amazing View
My husband and I took our first Costa Rica trip last week and enjoyed it so much!! Paula was super nice and helped with bookings for excursions and I feel we made a new friend out of it! The condo looks exactly like it does in the pics and is close to everything in Manuel Antonio. We took a taxi a lot to stay out of the busy street.
