"This is a spectacular hotel with a stunning pool area. Our room had a large balcony and a luxurious bathroom area. The staff go above and beyond! There’s a small but lovely shopping plaza across the street. "

"We had a two bedroom suite at the Residences. Hotel is beautiful but it is very spread out. To go to beach and main hotel building you need to take a shuttle which you may need to wait for 15-20 minutes. For a 5 star resort service was a bit spotty. We had a mishap at breakfast- was told we can do a la cart instead of buffet but ended up waiting for 1 hour to get eggs which was ridiculous. This hotel is also outside of Albufeira so location is not super convenient - you have to drive to town. "

"Very well priced accommodation in great location. Apartments are comfortable and well furnished. The resort facilities are a bit tired"

"Everything was great and the staff was awesome. The only negatives were the kitchen was too dark, the fireplace smoke odor was overpowering and strong, and the front door and car were always full of pidgeon poop. Trimming the trees should solve the pidgeon poop issue. We didn’t know the WiFi router had to be rented and there were none available for the first week. All the shortcomings were made up by the great staff."

"The place is exactly as described. Everything that is needed for a comfortable stay is there. Nelson and Paula are wonderful people, very helpful in making suggestions for day trips and sightseeing, Nelson sends us all information right down to google map. He took us on a tour around town on our first day. We were lucky that on our last day at Olhao, Nelson had to go to Faro, he very generously offered to give us a ride to the bus station. "3HB hotel in Faro is excellent. The entire staff (front desk, concierge, cleaning, restaurants, spa, etc.) are very helpful and make you feel welcome. The rooms, bathrooms and balconies are large, nice and super clean. The spa is great. The restaurants are also very good. The weather was not so good during my stay in January but the hotel made it very pleasant. I will definitively choose 3HB Faro next time I visit Algarve."

"What a great hotel and exceptional staff! Everything was clean and new due to some recent remodeling. Our room was perfect with a loaded kitchenette. The only negative I would say is the small bathroom sink with disproportionately large faucet that made it difficult to wash your face or lean into the sink. Everything is within walking distance as well."
