We have parking onsite for up to 4 vehicles (2 in the garage & 2 in the driveway. The garage has a height clearance of 185cm - please take this into account when booking your rental car.

On the entrance level in each apartment is the kitchen, dining, lounge & powder room. The lounge has a Smart TV so you can access to your own Netflix account. The views from the lounge and dining area are beautiful.
The property has a lovely garden which is full of flowers in the spring & summer. We also have 2 very old and well established grape vines which guests are welcome to enjoy.
We have heaters in the main living areas and column heaters in all the bedrooms to keep the house nice and warm during winter.

If mountain-biking is your plan, this is the perfect base in Queenstown - just a short ride from the house is access to the Frankton Track which leads to endless tracks in the area. There is plenty of storage space for bikes in the garage.
Just a 10 minute walk to Central Queenstown (depending on how many times you stop to look at the view and your walking speed) - access to all buses and taxis from there. Ski buses stop approx 550m away on Frankton Road as well.
There are two BBQ's at this property and 2 outdoor dining areas.
This property has lots of stairs and is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

There is no connecting door between the 2 units
There is house being constructed near by so some construction noise may be noted during the day.
