ACCOMMODATION DETAILS:
This 2-storey home is large and spacious, maximising the jaw-dropping views of Queenstown Bay and the mountains. The newly furnished lounge provides ambience after a day's skiing. The expansive balcony and floor to ceiling windows truly take in all the views of the Lake Wakatipu and surrounding mountains. The generous kitchen comes packed with everything you could need to cook a feast after a long day hiking or skiing.
Step outside into the large sheltered courtyard, fit with landscaped gardens, a BBQ and brand-new outdoor furniture – ideal for alfresco dining. Thankfully there is also plenty of space to add a portable hot tub – just ask our reservations team. The home also comes with a lock up garage plus further off-street parking.

Upstairs there is room for all the family or group, with four bedrooms including a shower with its very own skylight. In total, the home has 3 bathrooms. The bedding configuration is as follows:

A copy of the guest’s photo ID (Drivers’ Licence and/or Passport) is required upon finalising of the booking.
PRIVACY ACT:
The information requested from the guest is to enable Goodstays Ltd to assess the guest’s request to rent the property. The guest does not have to supply this information, but if the guest does not, then Goodstays is unable to rent the property out. The guest acknowledges that Goodstays will collect, hold and use the guest’s personal information for purposes related to the renting of the property and the provision of related customer services, including direct marketing and assessing customer satisfaction with products and services provided by Goodstays. The guest further acknowledges that such personal information may be disclosed to debt collection agencies, insurance companies and/or law enforcement agencies in the possible event of non-payment, damage or theft to the property; and the guest hereby authorises the disclosure of their personal information for such purposes.
You will have access to the entire home.
The Goodstays’ Guest Services department is available via phone or email throughout your stay, 8am - 10pm, 7 days a week, with a 24-hour emergency line.
The Lake’s Edge is situated in The Terrace, which is an exclusive central suburb basking in spectacular views of Lake Wakatipu. The Lakes Edge is just a few minutes’ walk to the Queenstown Botanical Gardens, as well as the Frankton walking and biking track where you can enjoy the lake or walk to the marina for a coffee and a bite to eat.
There is off street parking at the property plus Uber, taxi and bus options in and around Queenstown.
House Rules & Rates:
- For reservations that are outside of 14 days to arrival will only require a 25% non-refundable deposit. The balance is then due 14 days prior to arrival.

- As agreed with the Queenstown Council, the following rules apply: No amplified sound/music is to be played from the outdoor living areas between the hours of 8pm – 8am.
