"Staff is very kind and helpful. The property is quiet and very pretty. Conveniently located to the natural history museum and close enough to town. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. "

"Lovely big rooms with great hot water (not those fancy water saver heads). Air-con & ceiling fans. Great TV reception. Only disappointment is kitchen isn’t open on Sundays."

"Photos on the both hotels.com and the property's websites totally misleading. This property is not in good condition at all, back stairs from the carpark to the room did not feel safe. "Beer garden" was not maintained and uninviting. Room was clean including the bathroom, fridge and aircon good. Location is good, worried about the security for our car. Common areas tired and grubby. "

"Great option for a business trip to Emerald. Bed was a bit soft and a bit like sleeping in a hammock but overall a great stay with friendly staff. "
