One night passing through Emerald.
Room was decidedly average compared to photos. A lot of noise from other guests. Staff did ask them to turn it down and it did improve but still not great. Food in the restaurant was good and staff pleasant and helpful.

Patrons of the pub talked loudly and laughed until 2am. Bottles began jangling at 5am, guests shouted on the balcony until late. I worried that our vehicle was parked near the early morning drinkers! Not much sleep to be had. The staff were lovely.

Nice room, clean, comfortable. The problem was the very loud partying from the hotel - as it was a Saturday night, the noise was understandable but far too loud to sleep for several hours late into the night. Our room was ground floor close to the hotel’s outdoor area.
