"Absolutely filthy. The cigarette smoke stains the rooms. People hanging outside your room until 12 in the morning. People arguing, fighting. This is not the place you want to stay at WHAT SO EVER! The rooms are filthy. Stains on the walls sheets and pillow cases disgusting. This place should not be running for business. "

"This was a perfect home to celebrate my husband’s 70th birthday with our three daughter’s and their families. It had everything one needed. There was ample space for the four grandchildren, ages 6-9, to spread out to play and for the adults to gather for quality sibling time. Communication was excellent with Susan and very prompt. We created wonderful family memories and hope to come back when the entire grounds can be enjoyed. It is very convenient to many things."

"Our family and group of 6 had a wonderful time staying at Jim's property. It may not have all the bells and whistles of a more recently renovated property, but it made up for it with the location and the dock right on the water. The house itself is comfortable and has all the amenities we needed. It's an older property, as are many on the Lake, but they have make some newer updates and we thoroughly enjoyed it."

"This was my second stay at the cottage and I look forward to more visits in the future. The setting is so lovely and private while still being close to so many lovely towns and activities. That said, the house itself could use a little updating and love. The mattresses are very soft so I had some trouble sleeping. And new sheets and linens would be great. Also, there is no screen door to the primary entrance to the lake, which would be an excellent addition to this otherwise wonderful place."
