"We stayed in a junior suite plus with a beautiful view of the volcano. Our patio looked out on a gorgeous manicured garden. Every staff member we met was friendly, kind and helpful. Although there are no cooking facilities, there is a fairly good size fridge which came in handy. We were able to purchase simple lunch ingredients from the Maxi Pali that we took with us on hikes. "Incredible hotel located in the perfect part of town. The rooms are all separate and the pools and thermal pools are easily accessible and not too crowded. The thermal pools are all on site and all different temperatures so it’s easy to find one that’s exactly that you want. The staff are super friendly and the restaurant and bar are great.
