"Bad the house keeper"

"This property was really convenient for exploring the old town and the gardens. There were many places to eat and drink nearby without this disturbing us. The small balcony meant we could enjoy watching the world go by. The property was clean and had plenty of fold out beds and towels. We were also provided with gels for personal washing and washing up. There was a washing machine too. Communication was excellent and we were really pleased that they let us check-in early as there was no guests...

"Very good location, view from the corner appartment (4c) is excellent. Nice restaurant with breakfast(12 euro)/dinner options on a ground floor. Supermarket is just 5 min walk on a same street. Police station across the road makes all safe and out of noisy musik etc. Dirty walls,windows, curtains, sofa needs also a wash. "

"Fabulous does not begin to describe it! Excellent just a few feet from Central Market as well as from major Plaza de Ayuntamiento surrounded by everything. The numerous balconies and terraces allowed us almost 365° views from both the front and the back of the apartment. Gracious helpful and professional welcome with in person host checking us in and frequent checking on our way to make it very easy to register and enter the apartment. Very helpful host assistants throughout our stay-all...

"Nos hospedamos por la zona porque hacíamos el maratón de Valencia y queda a buena distancia caminando a la salida. El apartamento con buenas amenidades, en buenas condiciones y limpio. La calle frente al edificio es una avenida principal y podía ser un poco ruidosa en las noches, pero nada muy grave. Buena comunicación con la administración y fácil check in. "

"The apartment itself was great, very neat and clean and modern which we liked. The area is great as well. We stayed for 2 weeks and have to say we expected higher level of service. There was no cleaning half way through which was suprising and we had issues with toaster that did not work and missing a duvet and that took 3 days to sort out with contact daily. Lastly, they wrote us 48hour before arrival which was great to sort out deposit and taxi pick up at airport but they did not bother...
