"We absolutely loved our time on Doris. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Brian was a character, making mango daiquiri on request. Michael was incredibly helpful and was able to tell us a lot about the wildlife in the area. The food was amazing (sometimes a bit more than needed) and all of the days trips were great. Glad we did the 2 night cruise."

"We did an overnight cruise as a family of 5 and we all really enjoyed the beauty of Halong bay. We had heard that the bay is very polluted, we did not see this initially, but the next morning we cruised through a very polluted part of the bay, which was so disappointing to see as it really is a beautiful area. "It was beautiful in the bay and the boat itself was very nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. There is a lot of wait and travel involved and the activities are basic but if you want to relax with beautiful views its perfect. "

"Wirklich schöne 2 Tages-Tour durch die Halong-Bucht. Toller Blick aus dem Zimmer, vom Sonnendeck und dem Speisesaal. Service wird sehr groß geschrieben, sämtliches Personal ist freundlich und sehr engagiert. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!"

"I booked a Deluxe cabin for 2. Got a pleasent surprise during the check-in as they provided an upgraded Premium cabin to me. The entire process from check-in to checkout including the to and fro transfer to the Cruise and the excursions was hassle free and nicely managed. The entire staff was very courteous and was able to help us out whenever needed. "The ship is definitely older but functional. Friendly staff and helpful. Bring water as they charge for it through the cruise (all beverages are for sale). They need to improve their timetable as all boats are trying to do the same activities at the same time leading to the sites being extremely crowded (the second morning the sites were empty!). Overall worth it but if I was to go again, I would do a longer cruise or a day cruise."

"I did the 1 night cruise and the whole experience was excellent. The administration (Anna) was very friendly and efficient and the logistics for the shuttle were clear. Once on board, the staff were very kind and attentive, the cabin was comfortable and the food was delicious. I enjoyed the excursions, particularly the caves and hiking. Would recommend to others. 5/5 "
