"I recently stayed at Palmers, and I couldn’t have been more impressed. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. My college who I was travelling with managed to book the following day but the staff quickly got a room ready. The check-in process was seamless, and I was warmly welcomed by a member of staff. The room was immaculate and well-appointed, with tea & coffee making facilities, soap, shampoo and conditioner. The room was warm and cozy. One of the standout aspects was the amazing tasty food and the breakfast had a variety of fresh and tasty options, catering to different dietary needs. Throughout my stay, the team demonstrated exceptional hospitality, always ready to assist with a smile.
