"The electric fire in my caravan did not work. The carpets although clean on the surface could do with a deep clean to revive the pile. I reported this to reception. Overhead low flying aircraft every day were very noisy, I know this can't be helped with an RAF base right next door. Otherwise my stay was fine."

"Relaxing stay with my colleagues over two days midweek. We chose this hotel because it was in the middle for three of us to meet and it had good reviews. We were not disapointed with our choice as the staff and their service was excellent, the option to have a meeting while having afternoon tea was also a cherry on the cake. "Booked a deluxe double room which was excellent with a very comfy bed and pillows. Window kept out all the noise from the bypass. Will definitely book to stay at this hotel when we visit family again. Highly recommend. "

"Nice hotel on edge of golf course. But be aware there is not a lot around. Shops are a 10 minutes drive away. If you dont drive there is however a train station with a service to Boston centre 5 minutes walk away. "

From the welcome on reception when booking in right through to checking out in the morning every member of staff who we interacted with was friendly, attentive and welcoming. "Excellent hotel, accommodation, staff and bar and restaurant. Very friendly staff especially with our little dog! Centrally situated. Great cocktails! Reasonable prices. The guest WiFi was a bit weak in some of the rooms, but fine in the foyer. Highly recommended."

"Outstanding! One of the best equipped places I’ve stayed in. Located right in the centre with easy access to restaurants and shops. It’s a few minutes walk from Tesco and car parks are a few minutes walk away. House has no parking but it’s free between 6pm to 8pm and the first hour is free between those hours. House is lovely and over three stories and I will definitely use it again. "

"Great reception and hosts keen to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. As there was a function in the hotel that night we were offered the opportunity to move with our friends to the Katrina Suite, a modern 2 bedroom flat, a couple of minutes away. This was perfect for us and we were able to walk to the hotel for a lovely breakfast the next morning Parking was available and easy. "
