"Wonderful hotel, room was large and had great views. In the new modern part of Suzhou. The staff was very helpful especially Gavin the concierge. He way out of his way to help us navigate Suzhou. Also has plenty of restaurants near by. I have to call out the beauty of this part of town, "

"Staff were extremely courteous and the room was spacious. Air conditioning felt uneven in the room where some areas are warmer than others. The room card was very difficult to use when tapping in the elevator trying to access your floor. Front staff said they are trying to upgrade their system so the cards are not the most sensitive, replaced my room cards and the same issued persisted."

"Great interior design. Spacious room and washroom. Comfi beds. Nice view of the Jinji lake and oriental arch if the unit is above 5th floor and facing the lake. Breakfast is very complete with styles of Chinese, European, American. Manager Evans taking really good care of guest concerns. Overall great experience for my stay. "
