"Poor English. Needed wechat to pay for everything. Should not charge money for the sports center or kids area for hotel guests. Needed head caps to swim. Had to pay for buffet during the meal and would not let us charge it to the room until we spoke to a manager and had to add another deposit to the room. But then next day we had to explain again to the restaurant and the concierge who arranged our taxi that we can now charge things to our room. Must arrange a taxi 12-24H in advance! Cantonese...

"We stayed here for a few days right after the height of Golden Week. It was quite empty and we felt as if we had the run of the place. We were the only ones who ate in the Western restaurant for lunch and dinner for 3 days. The food was quite good!
