"My expectation was high when I booked the hotel due to the picture of the swimming pool. The location was excellent and close to the subway station. Check-in was smooth and fast. Got a nice upgrade to a junior suite. The stay of the first few days was excellent except the very last day when I went to the swimming pool which is a non-smoking area but there were people smoking lying on the chair. However, no hotel staff enforces the rules. Also, the men's change room to enter the pool's area...

"The staff was very accommodating to help an English only speaking guest. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, great pillows and comforters and the housekeeping staff was great. The restaurant served very good food.The room was a bit musty, but I think it is the nature of the moist climate and that they possibly turn off the ac when the rooms are not in use. There is great shopping within blocks of the area. I will certainly return."

"Firstly, it's a 5min walk from the train station. But the station is extremely far to get to the city. It is very hard to find the entrance of the apartment. Once you find it (try walking around outside A11 mall / Aeon mall to find the entrance) Counter guy seems to be in a sleepy bad mood. "Great place to stay! Good tidy rooms and friendly staff. Located amongst great parks alongside the river. Shops and transport options a short walk away. Restaurant has a good selection of all types of food. Could do with a refresh in places but a comfortable stay "
