"Really nice room in a lovely coaching inn. Quality bedding , towels etc. comfy bed. Booked & prepaid thru Hotels.com and when we arrived we were a little taken aback to be charged an extra £20 for our little dog. It would have been nice to have known about this extra fee beforehand as it came as a bit of a shock , I didn’t get any reply from accommodation following my messaging them & also leaving a telephone message to say we’re bringing our dog. Other than that , a good stay. "

" We stayed at The Port William Friday and Saturday night in January. We choose this place due to its location to the coast and its positioning right at the side of Trebarwith Beach and the promise of a sea view and relaxing atmosphere. We were not disappointed! "Hugh and Denise were the most welcoming hosts. The room was comfortable and warm and the evening meal and breakfast were delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay at the Elephant’s nest. "

1st class stay.

"Amazing hotel with spectacular views. Service was first class by staff who always had a smile. One of the owners, Ted Stourton always seemed to be around checking that everything was ok, even at dinner moving from table to table, engaging with guests. Food was superb although menu was small. Will be returning in the near future."
