"Myself and my partner stayed for two nights, the grounds beautiful and the apartment was very clean and tidy. We had only one encounter with staff here and this was during check in, they were friendly and informative and even opted us in for their text message service which keeps you up to date with activities going on during your stay. The downside was that some of the facilities that were offered on hotels.com were not actually available during our stay, which was quite misleading and a bit...

"We stayed one night in 4 persons room (3 of us), we also had dinner in the restaurant. Food was great and service was excellent. The place is in a spectacular location and offers incredible views on the quay. We enjoyed a couple of drinks while watching a wonderful sunset- couldnt wish for more dreamy end to a day of walking on SWCP! The room we had was good, although we only had 2 small bottles of water, 2 towels and only 1 pack of small treats. Not a big deal, and I'm sure we couldve asked...

"A lovely B & B opposite the golf course. We had a decent size room at the front, with a good bed, shower in a room decorated to a very good standard, The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had. Parking is limited to 2 hours between 9 to 6."

"The staff were extremely helpful and on hand if and when we needed them. This is an old building which has kept its character which added to the experience. The room had an en-suite and was clean and the water was nice and hot. They don’t do evening meals but Okehampton is not far away so eating out is not a problem. Breakfast was excellent and plenary of choice."

The cottage was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The rooms were clean, warm and welcoming with everything you needed, breakfast was delicious and we would highly recommend this little gem of a place. "
