The staff are so friendly and helpful. When I arrived my wallet had been stolen. The front desk was immensely helpful and supportive. The ocean view was magnificent!...

Our original room had stairs which might be difficult for us to navigate at night so they changed our room. The new room wasn't immediately available but they quickly finished the cleaning for us. We had lots of questions and they had lots of answers about things to do and places to go. We were told that if we needed reservations for a restaurant, they could help and we'd be treated...
