Confirmation faite et ils m'ont envoyé le mail. Le 29 Decembre à notre arrivée la standardiste nous a soutenu qu'il n'y avait aucune réservation a notre nom !!! On lui a montré le mail et nous a répondu que cela n'était pas une preuve .??? Mon mari c'est énervé ,le patron a du venir ,elle n'etait...
